As well as complete kitchens, for over a decade we have been producing high-quality Birch Plywood kitchen doors and panels to fit various high street cabinet manufacturers, and we are proud to regularly deliver these quality products across the UK to private and commercial clients. Step 1 - Design it
First, email or call us to initiate the process. Share your layout, ideas, and design preferences with us, and our dedicated team at SOAP will create detailed plans tailored to your specifications. We will work closely with you to refine the finer details, finishes, and colors, ensuring that we help you successfully achieve your dream kitchen that perfectly fits your vision.

Step 2 - Build it
Once you're completely happy with the finalized design, we can confidently begin the process of building your kitchen. Utilizing advanced CNC technology alongside our highly skilled and experienced team of carpenters, we will create your custom designed kitchen. We will deliver to your designated site, where it will be ready for your chosen fitters to install or us if required.

Step 3 - Deliver it
We deliver directly to you. Most cabinets will be pre-built and ready for installation. Larger cabinets will be quickly assembled by our delivery team on site. It is essential that your fitter is present on delivery day to review the plans we provide for a perfect and smooth installation. After that, you'll enjoy your new kitchen for many years.

1. Send us your plans.
Sometimes you don’t need a whole new kitchen to make it look different and we can do this for you. To prepare an initial quote send us your plans from Howdens or Ikea. We will work through them and create the list of elements needed for your kitchen. If the list is already done email it to us, and we will quote up everything you'll need.

2. Make it.
Once we have agreed on all the elements you need you can then select the finish and handle detail you would like for your bespoke kitchen. We offer natural birch plywood, Fenix and Formica finished products. You can mix and match through their colour ranges and materials to make the kitchen just as you want.

3. Deliver.
We offer nationwide delivery for all our doors and kitchen elements or collection from our Cornwall kitchen workshop. We will give you a lead time and delivery date upon your order. Lead times are around 4-6 weeks.

Laminated Birch Plywood Worktops
We supply made to measure birch plywood worktops with a choice of Formica or Egger colour core laminate. These are made and fabricated in our Newquay workshop and delivered to you on site. Fitting is also available. Contact us for a quote.

Solid Surface Resin Worktops
We supply and fit made to measure solid surface resin based worktops from Pietra. Suitable for kitchens and bathrooms. Fabricated in our Newquay workshop and delivered to you. Contact us for a quote.
